This allows us to provide faster delivery of pre-stocked products for customers residing in these countries.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer two primary shipping methods based on the availability of products and the urgency of delivery:

  • Standard Shipping (Cargo Ships): Our standard shipping method involves cargo ships and is used for regular deliveries. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and can take between 7 to 30 business days.
  • Emergency Shipping (Air Cargo): For urgent deliveries, we provide air cargo services. This option ensures faster delivery and typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the location. Emergency shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • For products available in our regional warehouses, we aim to offer faster dispatch and delivery times, reducing shipping delays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depend on the destination, size, and weight of the package, as well as the shipping method selected. During the checkout process, the applicable shipping costs will be displayed based on your order details.

5. Pre-stocked Products

For customers in the United States, Germany, Australia, Italy, Canada, Britain, France, China, and Slovenia, we offer fast delivery of pre-stocked items directly from our warehouses in these regions. Delivery times for pre-stocked items typically range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

7. Customs and Duties

Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply for orders outside of the countries where we have warehouses. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Liimor.
