Returns and Refund Policy for Liimor

At Liimor, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 07 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Certain products, such as perishable goods like cat food and treats, or any health and hygiene items, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@liimor.com with details and photos of the issue.

4. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning an item unless it’s due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges or returns due to damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Gift cards and promotional offers

6. International Orders

  • We accept returns for international orders; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
